The European Chemicals Agency manages the chemicals list rules included by the REACH regulation.
Last 19/03/2014, ECHA decided to support the French proposal to classify bisphenol A (BPA) as a presumed human reproductive toxicant which may damage fertility. This could be a major step to extand the French decision to ban BPA from food packaging all over Europe.
