Easy to use MonoCap fulfils all functions of the cap used on cooler and bottle: tamper evidence label, non-spill system, excellent 55 mm neck and cooler compatibility. End user does not change his habits. The MonoCap’s capping and decapping operations do not necessitate extra investment on the bottling line: dimensions and packing are similar. The bottler works easily with this model. The MonoCap’s one-piece conception brings extra advantages.

Efficient tightness MonoCap’s internal profile has been designed to ensure the sealing on most of the different necks available on the market. An optional lining material (foam washer) is available for blow-moulded bottles, this washer is specially stabilised to avoid any move during the application. The internal cap is welded: any leak is impossible. The tightness of each cap is electronically checked during production. Opened by first use, the internal cap reseals securely when the cooler’s pin is removed. Two specific rings complete the tightness during pin use.

Universal tamper evidence label Tamper evidence is controlled on two levels: the welded internal cap and the welded plastic label. The MonoCap’s universal label mentions a clear instruction for the label remove by the end user before use.

Hygiene under control The label protects the inner cap cleanliness. The MonoCap’s production is also the all care object. All MonoCap’s parts are separately U.V. sterilised before assembly with no human intervention. The MonoCap is packed in two sealed plastic bags before packing in a paperboard box for maximum protection.

Easy to recycle MonoCap is composed of tinted virgin PE. All these components are recyclable together depending on local recycling methods.
